At Mara’s Rentals, we understand that plans can change — especially on vacation! Here's how our refund and cancellation policy works:

🚫 Cancellations

• Full refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the rental start time.

• 50% refund if canceled 24 to 48 hours in advance.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period begins.

🌧️ Weather Policy

If weather conditions (such as lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe wind) make it unsafe to use your rental, we’ll gladly reschedule or issue a full refund — your safety comes first!

🕒 Late Returns

Please return all items at your scheduled time. Late returns may result in additional charges to cover missed bookings or inconvenience to the next guest.

🚨 Damage or Loss

We want you to have fun — but we also ask that you treat our gear like it’s your own:

• Minor wear and tear (like sand or light scuffs) is totally fine.

• Significant damage, misuse, or missing items may result in a repair or full replacement fee.

• Lost or stolen items will be charged at full retail value.

• If equipment is damaged due to weather, we’ll review the situation case by case — honesty goes a long way!

• Refunds are not issued for unused time if you return gear early.
