At Mara’s Rentals, we understand that plans can change — especially on vacation! Here's how our refund and cancellation policy works:

Full refund if canceled 48 hours or more before the rental start time.

50% refund if canceled 24 to 48 hours in advance.

No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period begins.
🌧️ Weather Policy
If weather conditions (such as lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe wind) make it unsafe to use your rental, we’ll gladly reschedule or issue a full refund — your safety comes first!
đź•’ Late Returns
Please return all items at your scheduled time. Late returns may result in additional charges to cover missed bookings or inconvenience to the next guest.
🚨 Damage or Loss
We want you to have fun — but we also ask that you treat our gear like it’s your own:

Minor wear and tear (like sand or light scuffs) is totally fine.

Significant damage, misuse, or missing items may result in a repair or full replacement fee.

Lost or stolen items will be charged at full retail value.

If equipment is damaged due to weather, we’ll review the situation case by case — honesty goes a long way!

Refunds are not issued for unused time if you return gear early.
